Executive Personal Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant for a newly created role supporting a young family based in Montecito. Responsibilities:

• Handle all travel logistics for principals and their children.
• Coordinate and arrange detailed itineraries including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities.
• Maintain travel documents, reservations, and schedules.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot travel-related issues before they arise.
• Work alongside a full household staff within a family office located on the property.

Qualifications:

• Understands the big picture but has a keen eye for detail.
• Smart and proactive
• A resourceful and detail-oriented professional with outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently; understands and manages changing priorities.
• Tech savvy; computer proficiency.
• Strong writing and communication skills, able to manage detailed correspondence and schedules.
• Possesses a valid driver's license and passport and is able to travel internationally as needed.

Schedule: General hours Monday – Friday, with flexibility needed, and travel is expected with the family 30–50% of the time.

Compensation: Annual salary of $150 to $200K, to commensurate with experience. Full-time benefits offered.
