Executive Personal Assistant

Job description

We are looking for a self-motivated problem solver with enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to learn, grow, and figure things out! The founder of Les Belles NYC is looking for a personal assistant to help her organize her life. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Personal Errands for Dentist Owner
  • Light phone answering
  • Daily briefings
  • Meeting minutes and follow ups
  • Personal shopping and returns
  • Calendar management
  • Email management
  • Travel booking
  • Networking and Business Development
  • Party planning
  • Communicating and delivering instructions to vendors and contractors
  • Community management in social media
  • Research projects
  • Project management
  • Additional tasks to be assigned as needed

- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using software such as QuickBooks
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and provide excellent front desk service
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including making reservations and arranging logistics
- Utilize computer skills to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Shift: 10 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
