Position Summary

The Executive Personal Assistant provides high-level, confidential, and efficient administrative support to the Managing Director, Group Share Director, and Owner. The role ensures seamless communication, schedule management, and operational support at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules for executives.

· Handle confidential emails, calls, messages, and correspondence.

· Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-up action points.

· Coordinate directly with departments and external stakeholders on executive instructions.

· Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, accommodations, and expense claims.

· Organize executive reviews, visits, events, and strategic meetings.

· Maintain documentation, records, files (digital & physical).

· Track ongoing tasks/projects and provide timely updates to executives.

· Submit a daily activity report directly to the Managing Director / Directors.

· Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and smooth workflow at the executive level.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication (English & Urdu) and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion, discipline, and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Personal Assistant: 1 year (Required)
