Our client is a leading company in the hospitality industry based Red Sea, Egypt, and is recognized for its innovation, global standards, and executive-level operations. They are seeking a highly professional Personal Assistant to support the Chief Hospitality Officer and contribute to their continued growth in the luxury resort sector.

โ€ข Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Hospitality Officer

โ€ข Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics

โ€ข Handle confidential communications and internal documentation

โ€ข Coordinate and manage travel and business trips

โ€ข Act as a liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders

โ€ข Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups

โ€ข ๐„๐๐ฎ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Tourism, or any related field

โ€ข ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the hospitality sector

โ€ข ๐’๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ: Strong administrative and time-management skills

1. Professional communication and interpersonal abilities

2. High proficiency in business software tools and executive support systems

3. Certifications: Administrative or executive support certifications are a plus

โ€ข ๐‹๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐š๐ ๐ž:Fluent in English

โ€ข Contract: 1-year renewable
