Global Exim Energy is looking for a professional Executive Personal Assistant with a strong background in international business, finance, banking coordination, communication, and administrative support.

Applicants with exposure to GCC, Central Asian, European, Lebanese, Russian, and Chinese business environments are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR and finance with basic administrative duties
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain office organization
  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and emails
  • Coordinate with clients, banks, and international partners
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Support daily business and administrative tasks
  • Handle professional communication and follow-ups
  • Assist management with international business activities.

Requirements

  • Multi-lingual candidates are highly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in executive support, administration, or international business environments
  • Professional appearance, personality, and work ethic
  • Ability to handle business communication, scheduling, reports, and coordination professionally.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years in executive assistant, business coordination, private office, or international administration roles
  • Experience in energy, finance, investment, or multinational companies is an advantage.
