We at Sobha Realty are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Process Analyst to join our team. This role involves working with business stakeholders to understand current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and partnering with Salesforce and IT teams to implement changes that make operations faster, more efficient, and less manual.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand analyse existing business processes and workflows.
2. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather process requirements.
4. Work with the Salesforce & IT team to turn business needs into practical system solutions.
5. Manage project timelines and coordinate between business, IT teams and BE Team.
6. Test and validate automated processes to ensure they meet business needs.
7. Coordinate with Business Excellence (BE) Team to document the processes.
8. Provide training and support to end-users on new automated workflows.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
