IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• The purpose of this position is to ensure reliable, resilient, and high-availability Fixed Access network operations (99.99%).

• You will take end-to-end ownership of Fixed Access network systems by managing operations and maintenance (O&M), fault resolution, preventive maintenance, and the optimization of PTCL's Fixed Access Network within the ITR.

• This includes managing equipment such as GPON OLT, Aggregation OLT, Hybrid MSAG, Hybrid MSAN, and IP-Nodes.

• Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring effective site management, technical troubleshooting, network optimization, risk mitigation, inventory control, and seamless coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Manage the operations, maintenance, and fault management of the Fixed Access Network.

• Handle site management, including installation, commissioning, and expansion projects.

• Execute preventive maintenance for access systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• Provide dedicated technical support and lead critical issue resolution efforts.

• Drive network optimization initiatives and implement effective risk management strategies.

• Manage resources efficiently, oversee inventory, and coordinate network reorganization activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Telecommunication, or Electronics Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Technical Competency

• Strong knowledge of telecom networks.

• Proficiency in project management.

• Expertise in data analytics and reporting.
