IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible for managing RFP, bidding, and procurement activities for products and services, including evaluation of technical and commercial proposals in line with defined RFP criteria. It also ensures vetting of commercial clauses in RFPs/RFQs and preparation of comparative statements to support informed and compliant procurement decisions

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Prepare comparative statements for RFQs with detailed price benchmarking to support informed procurement decisions.
• Secure necessary approvals and create purchase orders in line with approved procurement processes.
• Generate Project Status Reports (PSR), open PO reports, and procurement cycle updates for management reporting.
• Conduct financial evaluations of RFP bids against established price benchmarks.
• Create RFQs, comparative analyses, and supporting documentation within SAP.
• Download and analyze weekly and monthly PO/PR system reports from the SAP MM module.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

Professional Degree in Business Administration/Finance or Supply Chain Management from recognized institute

Knowledge of Procurement Processes & Procedures

Technical Competenices

Contract Drafting

TCO Analysis

Price Negotiation

Market Research & Price Benchmarking

SAP MM Module
