IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL


In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the Director of Sales by coordinating activities across multiple sales functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The position involves facilitating communication and collaboration among regional sales teams , including Market Intelligence, Resource Management, Sales Order Processing, KYC & Feasibility, Quality of Sale, and Channel Monitoring & Efficiency. You’ll help execute sales strategies, track performance metrics, and streamline sales processes to improve overall productivity and alignment with business goals. This role is essential for maintaining operational excellence and driving the effectiveness of the sales organization.


HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT


Coordination of Sales Activities: o Act as a liaison between the Director of Sales and various sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives and initiatives. o Coordinate the scheduling and organization of meetings, training sessions, and workshops across sales teams. Facilitate communication between regional teams to share best practices and address any challenges that arise.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: Assist in monitoring sales performance metrics across different teams and compile reports for the Director of Sales. Track progress on sales initiatives and projects, providing updates and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with team members to gather data for sales performance analysis and presentations.

Process Optimization: Support the Director of Sales in identifying opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency. Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales coordination activities. Gather feedback from sales teams on processes and tools, making recommendations for enhancements.

Training & Support: Help coordinate training sessions and onboarding for new sales staff, ensuring they understand sales processes and tools. Provide support to sales teams by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering guidance on best practices. Maintain training materials and documentation for sales processes.

Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining relationships with key customers by coordinating follow-up communications and ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly. Gather customer feedback from sales teams and relay insights to the Director of Sales for strategic planning

Collaboration with Internal Teams: o Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives. Support the coordination of cross-functional projects and campaigns that involve multiple sales teams. Participate in strategy discussions to provide insights from sales teams that can inform decision-making.

Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks for the sales department, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting. Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for sales initiatives. Maintain organized records and databases related to sales activities and performance


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL


Qualification

Bachelors in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.

Experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the telecom industry

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software. Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting. Familiarity with sales processes and best practices.
