Executive Sales-Home Appliances

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home Appliances Sales Executive to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting home appliances, explaining product features, managing sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their requirements for home appliances (TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, microwaves, etc.).
• Explain product features, specifications, energy ratings, and available brands.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, budget, and usage.
• Demonstrate product functionality and highlight promotional offers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and customer documentation.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with warranty or service-related queries.
• Stay updated with new product launches, technology trends, and brand updates.
• Maintain product display, ensure cleanliness, and manage stock.
• Promote add-on products such as stabilizers, warranties, installation services, and accessories.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 12th pass or above.
• Good communication and customer interaction skills.
• Basic knowledge of home appliance features and technology (preferred).
• Strong selling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer ideal product solutions.
• Basic computer skills for billing and data entry.
• Previous experience in home appliance or electronics sales is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
