Job Title Executive – Sales & Marketing

Functional Area: Sales & Marketing

Position Reports to: Regional Head

Job Description/ Role:

To drive fertilizer sales in the assigned territory by developing an effective dealer and distributor network, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely payment collection. The role involves regular market visits, relationship management with channel partners and farmers, execution of promotional activities, and maintaining strong coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth order-to-delivery operations.

Job Description

A. Sales & Business Development

Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach for fertilizer products.

Conduct market visits to understand farmer demand, crop pattern, and competitor activities.

B. Dealer & Distributor Management

Appointment of new dealers and distributors as per company policy.

Ensure availability of stock across channels and monitor distributor performance.

Build strong relationships with existing channel partners for smooth operations.

C. Customer & Relationship Management

Conduct regular meetings with farmers, influencers, and channel partners.

Organize field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional activities.

Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with company products.

D. Payment Collection & Commercial Compliance

Ensure timely payment collection from dealers and distributors.

Track outstanding payments and follow internal guidelines on credit control.

Submit required documents, invoices, and collection records as per schedule.

E. Reporting & Coordination

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as per company format.

Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and plant team for order processing and dispatch.

Update management on market trends and competitor activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
