Job Purpose:
The Executive Sales & Marketing Head (B2C) will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing consumer-focused sales and marketing strategies to drive unit sales, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The role focuses on end-customers (individual buyers/investors) through digital, on-ground, and channel-based marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership (B2C)
- Develop and execute B2C sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead and manage in-house sales teams, call center, site sales staff, and customer support teams.
- Design pricing, payment plans, promotions, and offers aligned with market demand.
- Monitor daily sales performance, conversion ratios, and pipeline movement.
- Handle high-value client meetings, negotiations, and closing of key deals.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding, documentation, and handover processes.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (Digital, Outdoor, Print, Events, Activations).
- Oversee digital marketing including Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, YouTube, websites, and lead funnels.
- Coordinate branding, creatives, brochures, videos, site branding, and PR activities.
- Plan and execute product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and open house events.
- Ensure strong brand positioning and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Lead Generation & CRM
- Build and optimize lead generation systems (digital ads, walk-ins, referrals).
- Implement and manage CRM systems for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Improve lead-to-conversion ratios through structured follow-ups and sales scripts.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to enhance sales strategies.
Market Research & Customer Insights
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies.
- Identify new opportunities, customer segments, and emerging market trends.
- Align product offerings with customer expectations and affordability levels.
Team Management & Training
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing teams.
- Set KPIs, sales targets, and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, objection handling, and customer psychology.
- Ensure discipline, motivation, and performance accountability within teams.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & marketing reports.
- Coordinate with construction, finance, legal, and customer care departments.
- Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to top management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Sales Management will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2C sales & marketing, preferably in:
- Real Estate
- Property Development
- Retail / Mall Management
- Consumer Projects
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling B2C operations.
