Senior Marketing Manager

The Expert Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing result-oriented marketing campaigns to attract qualified leads, build brand trust, and grow our digital presence in the immigration sector. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and social media campaigns for service-based businesses.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete Marketing Strategy & Content Planning

2. Setting Monthly targets and run campaigns according to them.

3. Lead digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (including implementation of SEO stretagies), oversaw their performance and do neccessory changes as per requirement.

4. Lead social media team, guide them about content & design according to trends

5. Ad’s Performance Tracking (Leads, Reach, Conversions)

6. Manage Brand Positioning across online & offline channels

7. Create Engaging Content and Promotional Material

8. Track & Analyse campaign results, prepare detailed reports and develop stretegies to get better ROI.

9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

10. Train and mentor Digital Marketing Team

Required Skills:

1. Have ability to analyze and compete market trends

2. Expert in marketing & lead generating funnels.

3. Strong experties of current digital marketing plateforms like Meta Ads, SEO, Tiktok, Google Ads etc.

4. Atleast have lead 2-3 brands and proven experience of achieving target growth.

5. Should be familiar with Marketing Automation Tools, and know how to work Smart

6. Creative thinking and Problem Solving Mindset. Can think out of the box, Not just stick to old traditional marketing stretagies.

7. Should know how to commute with Influncers regarding influncer marketing.

8. Deep understanding of audience mindset and client behavior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
