Job Summary:

The Executive Sales & Marketing Head (B2B) will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing strategic business-to-business sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand corporate partnerships, and strengthen brand positioning. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, key account management, and market expansion expertise across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-value corporate, institutional, and channel partnerships.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts, dealers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Lead large-scale contract negotiations, MOUs, and commercial agreements.
  • Explore new markets, industries, and revenue channels for sustainable growth.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Design and execute B2B marketing campaigns, trade marketing, and corporate branding initiatives.
  • Oversee product/service positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
  • Lead digital marketing, corporate communications, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Coordinate with branding, media, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage sales, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Set KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks for departments.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and capacity-building programs.
  • Foster a performance-driven and results-oriented culture.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients and strategic stakeholders.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (finance, legal, operations, projects) for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, business reports, and board-level presentations.

Budgeting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare and manage annual sales and marketing budgets.
  • Track ROI, conversion rates, pipeline growth, and market penetration metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal frameworks, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–12+ years of proven experience in B2B sales & marketing, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in corporate sales, strategic partnerships, and key account management.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, energy, textile, or large-scale projects will be an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
