Executive Sales-Mobiles

We are a reputed retail outlet in Kerala, dealing in top smartphone brands. We aim to deliver exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge and personalized service. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, understand their mobile usage needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate features, specifications, and benefits of different mobile brands (Android, iPhone, etc.) and accessories.
• Recommend suitable models and plans based on customer requirements and budget.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest smartphone models, offers, and technological trends.
• Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Upsell related accessories (earphones, chargers, cases, screen guards, etc.) and value-added services (insurance, protection plans).
• Coordinate with the service/support team for customer queries, repairs, and after-sales support.
• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure all products are properly displayed and functional.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate or diploma holders preferred.
• Prior retail experience (preferably in mobile sales or electronics) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Target-driven attitude with the ability to meet sales goals.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing systems.
• Presentable, punctual, and reliable.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
