About the Role:

We are looking for a Executive Search Director (MENA Region) who can take full ownership of senior-level recruitment strategy and client advisory. You are not just filling roles—you are shaping leadership teams that define the future of organizations. You will lead high-value executive search mandates, build long-term client partnerships, and influence hiring decisions at C-suite and board level.

You are a trusted advisor to CEOs, HR Directors, and senior stakeholders, bridging the gap between organizational needs and world-class leadership talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Search Leadership:
Lead end-to-end executive recruitment assignments for senior leadership roles (Director, VP, C-suite level).

Client Advisory:
Act as a strategic advisor to corporate clients, supporting them with leadership hiring, talent strategy, and market intelligence.

Candidate Engagement:
Source, assess, and manage relationships with high-caliber executive talent across regional and global markets.

Business Development:
Develop new client relationships and secure executive search mandates across key industries.

Market Intelligence:
Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and leadership hiring strategies.

Search Delivery Excellence:
Manage full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to final placement, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Stakeholder Management:
Present shortlisted candidates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership teams and boards.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
8+ years in executive search, recruitment consultancy, or senior talent advisory roles, with a strong track record of C-suite and leadership placements.

Track Record:
Demonstrated success in managing complex executive search assignments and client relationships.

Business Development Skills:
Proven ability to generate new business and grow client portfolios in a competitive market.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of executive hiring trends across MENA and international markets.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate, and advise senior stakeholders.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; additional qualifications in HR, business, or related fields are an advantage.

Mindset:
You are commercially driven, strategic, and highly relationship-focused. You know how to balance speed, precision, and long-term client trust in executive hiring.
