ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join our HR team in Doha, Qatar. This pivotal role requires a proactive and strategic thinker capable of managing recruitment operations to meet our company's ever-growing demand for skilled professionals. The successful candidate will work closely with various department heads to ensure effective recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies align with company goals.

Lead and oversee the recruitment team to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring aligned with workforce plans and business needs.

Supervise and coach the recruitment team, ensuring productivity, quality of hires, and adherence to SLAs.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, and partnerships).

Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with operations and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce demands.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.

Conduct interviews for key positions and support the team in screening and selection processes.

Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards, providing insights and forecasts to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal recruitment standards.

Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the organization’s market presence.
Required Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in recruitment and talent management. The ideal Recruitment Supervisor should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in recruitment and onboarding.

Minimum of 2+ years leadership/supervisory/management experience.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment law compliance.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills, with ability to effectively meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines - experience carrying a requisition load of 20+ openings required.

Understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to improve recruitment strategies.

Proficiency in English reading, writing, and conversation.

Fluency in Arabic is Mandatory.
