Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Secretary & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day office administration, handle client communications, follow up on tasks, and coordinate with government bodies to process company requests and documentation.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage phone calls, emails, and client follow-ups professionally.

• Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain calendars.

• Maintain proper filing systems and ensure timely documentation.

• Liaise with government authorities and handle required processes on platforms of official portals.

• Track and follow up on pending applications, submissions, and renewals.

• Support the CEO and management team in administrative tasks.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.


Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Previous experience in secretarial, administrative, or government relations roles in Saudi Arabia.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Familiarity with government portals and regulatory requirements in KSA.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
