We are looking for a competent and organized Executive Secretary to assist management in handling day-to-day administrative and office operations, including correspondence, documentation, and coordination with banks and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Handle banking-related work such as deposits, payments, document submission, and coordination with bank representatives.
  • Draft and manage official letters, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and correspondence.
  • Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties when required.
  • Support management in procurement and office maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Commerce).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration, secretarial, or office management roles.
  • Familiarity with bank-related procedures and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Professional, responsible, and discreet in handling confidential matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
