Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Secretary based in Cairo, Egypt. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, providing executive administrative support, coordinating company secretarial work, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. Additional responsibilities include maintaining schedules, organizing correspondence, preparing reports, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong Clerical Skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Company Secretarial Work and handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
  • Proficiency in office software and organizational tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
