Executive Secretary - Bilingual - Arab National (Mandatory)

Overview :

Bilingual Executive Secretary provides high-level administrative support to leadership, managing calendars, travel, and correspondence in two or more languages. Key duties include translating documents, interpreting in meetings, managing international travel itineraries, and maintaining confidentiality. This role requires fluency in at least two languages (English & Arabic), advanced organizational skills, and proficiency in office software.

Core Responsibilities

  • Translation & Interpretation: Translating documents, emails, and reports from English to Arabic (and vice versa) and providing in-person or remote interpretation during meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Managing executive diaries / calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing complex travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Communication Management: Handling professional correspondence (email / phone) in both languages, serving as a point of contact for all clients, and drafting official documents.
  • Office Coordination: Organizing meetings, taking minutes, maintaining databases, managing files, and preparing reports.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handling sensitive business information and staff data securely.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Languages: Native or near-native fluency in English and in Arabic language.
  • Experience: Previous experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or in a similar administrative role, often 5+ years.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages, strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent organizational skills.
  • Education: Graduate degree in business administration or related field is often preferred.
