The Executive Secretary is expected to be organized, precise, professional, cooperative, and well-presented, demonstrating discipline and respect in interactions with both the General Manager and others.

Prepare periodic and comprehensive reports that include data and performance indicators in a clear, simple, and visually appealing manner.

Design professional executive summaries and presentations using PowerPoint to support top management decision-making.

Create visual bulletins and summaries using graphics software and Power BI to showcase performance and achievements.

Manage the General Manager’s agenda and schedule meetings, calls, and visits.

Coordinate appointments among departments and ensure the attendance of concerned parties on time.

Prepare meeting minutes, document decisions, and follow up on their implementation accurately.

Maintain and archive documents electronically and systematically for easy access.

Professionally use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Be familiar with analysis and presentation tools such as Power BI, Visio, Canva, or Photoshop.

Contribute to preparing presentations, monthly meetings, and interactive reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Secretary.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Power BI tools.

Strong ability to organize time and manage priorities accurately.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
