We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Secretary – Recruitment to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to senior management and the recruitment department.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in executive assistance or recruitment coordination, along with exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO and senior recruitment team.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, travel arrangements, and client appointments.
  • Manage internal and external communication, including emails, calls, and professional correspondence.
  • Maintain, organize, and safeguard confidential documents, reports, and recruitment records.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client-related recruitment reports.
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, updating candidate data, and tracking hiring progress.
  • Handle office administration tasks to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Communicate with clients and candidates to ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and professional service delivery.
  • Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Recruitment Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with recruitment systems or ATS is a plus.
  • Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information discretely.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
