Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage the company’s social media pages, including responding to messages and comments.

·        Handle daily administrative and secretarial tasks (answering calls, welcoming clients, organizing meetings).

·        Prepare periodic reports and follow up on work schedules.

·        Organize and maintain files and documents on Google Drive.

·        Coordinate communication between different departments.

Requirements:

·        2–3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles.

·        Strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Previous experience or background in interior design or finishing is a strong plus.
