Front Desk Receptionist

At Arabian Construction Company (ACC) , we pride ourselves on professionalism, service excellence, and operational efficiency across every touchpoint—including our front office.

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization and the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. This role plays a vital part in creating a professional and friendly environment while supporting administrative functions that keep our office running smoothly.


What You’ll Achieve:-


Guest Experience

  • Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner, ensuring they feel acknowledged and well-guided upon arrival.
  • Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area that reflects ACC’s standards of excellence.
  • Manage the sign-in process and visitor logs in compliance with company security policies.

Communication & Coordination

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Respond promptly to email and in-person inquiries with clear, helpful communication.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and notify relevant parties of scheduled appointments.

Administrative Support

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Support internal departments with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation.

Professional Office Management

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive documents or conversations.
  • Liaise with building management for facility needs, maintenance issues, or access control.
  • Support leadership and other team members with ad hoc administrative requests and office coordination.


What You’ll Bring to ACC

  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a front desk, administrative assistant, or office coordinator role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high professional standards.
