We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Secretary & Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and able to maintain strict confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information.
Ø Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, visa applications, restaurant/hotel/ticket bookings.
Ø Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Ø Assist with personal tasks as required.
Ø Monitoring and requesting office supplies.
Ø Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation.
Ø Assisting HR department for all matters related to operations of the employee.
Ø Overseeing the maintenance of the office facilities and equipment. Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Ø Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items.
Ø Perform general office administration and support tasks
Ø Payroll processing, compensation and benefits.
Ø Household recruitment (onboarding & offboarding)
Ø Employee relations and focal contact for employees.
