The Secretary / PA will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support to the EVP, Global Head of Digital Strategic Partnerships (DSP), while also assisting the broader DSP team. The role will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating business trips and visas, organizing meetings and workshops, raising claim requisitions, handling correspondence, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the DSP office. As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, the role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• The Secretary / PA will provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the EVP, Global Head of Digital Strategic Partnerships and the DSP team.
• Manage schedules, coordinate business trips and visas, organize meetings and workshops, raise claim requisitions, handle correspondence, and prepare documentation.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the DSP office and act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
