We are looking for a Brand Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level role, supporting the Brand Executive. In this role, you will assist in brand activities, basic product training coordination, and retail partner support to help drive brand visibility and market presence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Brand Support & Marketing Coordination:

• Assist in executing brand strategies and marketing plans as guided by senior team members.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, schedule social media posts, and help maintain content calendars.
• Conduct basic market research and collect competitor and customer insights.
• Prepare brand-related reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Support in organizing marketing events, in-store branding, and promotional setups.
• Ensure marketing and branding materials follow brand guidelines and are updated regularly.

Supplier & Inventory Coordination Support:

• Monitor basic stock levels and help with replenishment coordination.
• Assist in preparing stock and sales reports.
• Support planning of monthly promotions for aging inventory.
• Collaborate with the team on product and stock movement insights.
• Maintain communication with suppliers for stock availability updates.
• Help prepare basic purchase forecasts as guided.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of brand and marketing activities.
• Presentation Skills: Confidence to assist in training sessions.
• Retail Coordination: Basic knowledge of stock and sales operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
