Title: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Location: Eastern Ohio (Cadiz HQ / New Philadelphia Store – Hybrid potential)
Reports To: COO / Leadership Team

Overview

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing DRP Truck & Equipment team. This role is essential in keeping our brand fresh, building a strong online presence, and engaging with customers across multiple platforms. From creating scroll-stopping content to capturing photos and videos of our equipment and events, you’ll be at the center of telling DRP’s story.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create and post content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Use tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite for scheduling and management.
• Launch paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive rentals and sales.
• Conduct SEO keyword research and optimize content for visibility.
• Monitor channels for industry trends and audience sentiment, engaging in “social listening.”
• Track and report results using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.

Content Creation & Media

• Capture photos and video of equipment, rentals, and events to keep marketing material fresh.
• Edit and produce videos, reels, and short-form clips for digital use.
• Collaborate with professional photographers/videographers for large-scale campaigns.
• Work with the graphic design team (or design independently) to create engaging visuals, brochures, flyers, and apparel artwork.

Events & Branding

• Plan and coordinate tradeshows, festivals, open houses, and community events.
• Manage scheduling, vendor coordination, and branding presence.
• Source and manage DRP uniforms, promotional apparel, and giveaway items.

Collaboration & Partnerships

• Coordinate with influencers, partners, and vendors to maximize brand reach.
• Proofread and ensure all content aligns with DRP’s brand voice and standards.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, equipment advertising, and community engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut).
• Basic knowledge of website CMS (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
• Strong understanding of branding principles and graphic design.
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other paid media is a plus.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Self-starter attitude with creativity and enthusiasm for marketing.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
