We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help us connect with our community, showcase our inventory, and keep our digital presence fresh and accurate.

Position Summary:

The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator will be the voice of our brand across all digital platforms. You'll create engaging content, manage online promotions, keep our website inventory up to date, and drive digital traffic that turns into real-world sales.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, events, and customer deliveries
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly
  • Develop creative campaigns around promotions, events, and new product arrivals
  • Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and Google

Website & Inventory Management

  • Upload and manage vehicle listings, including photos, specs, and pricing
  • Ensure website inventory is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Monitor online leads and ensure seamless user experience across web platforms
  • Collaborate with sales staff to update sold units, incoming inventory, and promotions

Branding & Design

  • Design promotional graphics, email newsletters, flyers, and signage
  • Assist with dealership events, open houses, or other events by handling digital promotion and onsite coverage
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related field
  • Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Strong photography and video editing skills (smartphone or DSLR)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
  • Passion for powersports is a huge plus!

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

  • Experience with digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads)
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or inventory tools
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics
  • Previous experience in the powersports, motorcycle, or automotive industry

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
