About Us:

VFL Real Estate, Realty Executives, is a new and fast-growing brokerage dedicated to providing excellent customer service and transparency in a sometimes confusing real estate world. Our team, led by Steven Hensley—who started the team in 2021 after becoming an agent in 2018—has grown to 19 members (15 agents and 4 operations staff). We pride ourselves on collaboration, innovation, and client-first service. We are now looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator to help us expand our brand presence and client engagement.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing our digital presence, producing engaging content, and ensuring consistent communication with our clients and leads. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys staying on top of the latest marketing trends. Real estate experience is not required but is considered a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement, with a strong focus on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Create, edit, and publish high-quality video content showcasing property listings, team culture, and market insights.

Design and update website content for a user-friendly and SEO-optimized experience.

Use Follow Up Boss (our CRM) to manage client communications and create newsletters that nurture and engage our leads.

Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, identifying opportunitie for improvement.

Research and stay up to date with real estate market trends to provide clients with relevant, valuable information through digital content.

Collaborate with the team to design campaigns, promotional materials, and client-focused marketing initiatives.

Assist with event promotion, email marketing campaigns, and additional creative marketing projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, video editing, and digital marketing.

Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).

Familiarity with website management and design platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar).

Experience with CRM systems (experience with Follow Up Boss is a plus).

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and analytics.

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Background in real estate is a plus, but not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
