Executive Secretery - Male

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and taking detailed minutes.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Screening calls, managing emails, and drafting reports or presentations.
  • Travel & Logistics: Organizing complex travel itineraries and arrangements.
  • Office Administration: Maintaining records, managing supplies, and handling sensitive, confidential documents.
  • Liaison Role: Serving as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and, in some cases, ERP software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Education: Requires a bachelor degree in business administration or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD500.000 - BD560.000 per month
