- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, minutes, and action items for executive meetings.
- Track progress on strategic projects and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Handle travel arrangements, events, and other logistical support for the CEO.
- Assist in strategic planning, research, and preparation of business documents.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in executive support, coordination, or similar roles.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic environment.
