Job Purpose:
The Executive Telesales will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful property sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate offerings.

Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Client Engagement:

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
Sales Conversion:

Schedule property viewings and assist clients in decision-making.

Negotiate terms and close sales or lease deals.
Market Awareness:

Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and new developments in the UAE real estate sector.

Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information about properties and market conditions.
Reporting & Database Management:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales in CRM systems.

Prepare regular sales reports to track progress and meet KPIs.
Educational Qualifications, Work Experience, and Skills Required:
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or equivalent.
Work Experience:

Must have 2–4 years of experience in telesales or real estate sales.
Skills required:

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
