Executive (USA-Taxation) Night Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our US Tax Department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing US tax compliance processes while collaborating closely with our corporate team in the United States to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution of taxation operations.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in US taxation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end tax return filings, including sales tax returns and related compliance requirements.
• Oversee tax deposits and ensure timely and accurate filings across jurisdictions.
• Review tax documents to identify eligibility for credits, deductions, and other tax-saving opportunities.
• Support and manage payroll taxation processes for US clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain and apply up-to-date knowledge of US tax legislation and regulatory changes.
• Work closely with US-based corporate teams to resolve operational and compliance-related issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to document archiving standards.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel tools to manage, analyze, and report tax data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably with specialization in Accounting, Finance, or US Taxation).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in US taxation or a similar role, preferably with a US-based organization.
• Strong knowledge of US tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience with sales tax filings, payroll taxes, and tax return preparation.
• Familiarity with a wide range of US tax forms (e.g., W-2, 1099, 940, 941, sales tax filings, etc.).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
