Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales pipeline for residential and small-commercial interior & joinery projects.
  • Develop new business via architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, property consultants, and direct clients.
  • Conduct showroom & site visits, measure requirements, and advise on materials and fabrication timelines.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, BOQs, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with Design, Workshop, and Site teams to ensure feasibility, timelines, and quality.
  • Maintain CRM, track leads, quotations, and produce regular sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, margins, and collections KPIs.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and trade events.

KPIs / Targets:


  • Monthly revenue target (TBD)
  • Quotation-to-order conversion rate
  • Average deal size and gross margin %
  • New accounts & repeat business
  • Collections / debtor days
