Job Title: Exhibition & Corporate Events Sales Executive
Location: Bahrain
Objective:
The role is responsible for driving sales and business development for exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events. The Executive will identify potential clients, manage relationships, and ensure successful execution of events while meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and design) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in exhibition sales, corporate events, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of event planning and execution processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Revenue generated from exhibitions and corporate events.
- Client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Timely closure of proposals and contracts.
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Corporate Events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to BD600.000 per month
