Reporting to :Team Lead -Imports

Preparation of pre shipment export documents for customs clearance, under various schemes, and verification of the check lists.

Handling Free Of Cost Shipments.

Sharing of SLI with freight forwarders/CHA/ Shipping lines/ Airlines.
-
Preparation of post shipment export documents under LC/ Collection basis.
-
Application and issuance of COO (Preferential and non-preferential).
-
Data for issuance of BRCs.
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
-
Application and issuance of Marine Insurance policy.
-
Ensure compliance related to FEMA, DGFT, Customs and International Trade Regulations.
-
Maintaining export MIS, keeping records in soft copies and hard copies of export documentation.
-
Familiarity with DGFT notifications, EXIM policy, EPCG/Advance Licence/ DBK/ RODTEP, etc.
-
Coordination with Internal teams, freight forwarders, CHAs, and Banks.

Vendor Bill Booking and Payment Tracking (vendor invoices and monitor payment status to ensure timely clearance and maintain financial compliance).

MS Office proficiency (Especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to use customs/export software/portals.

Systems Use: ICEGATE, E‑Sanchit portals, document management tools.

Shipment Tracking: Logistics planning, status updates, issue resolution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Organizational skills, time management, multitasking & problem solving under deadlines.

Self-starter mindset, able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
