Expansion and Development Manager

Twinhub is looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to support our expansion in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local real estate market and experience in identifying, evaluating, and securing properties for coworking spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential buildings suitable for coworking spaces.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property agents, and developers.
• Conduct market research on rental values, demand, and area dynamics.
• Visit properties, assess conditions, and prepare site reports for management.
• Negotiate rental terms, agreements, and partnership models.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inspections, layouts, and operational feasibility.
• Track documentation, follow-ups, and ensure smooth deal closure.
• Maintain professionalism, honesty, and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Build a pipeline of potential opportunities for future expansion.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in real estate within Rawalpindi/Islamabad preferred.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
• Ability to maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of civil work, construction, and interiors is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and visit properties regularly (personal conveyance required).

Compensation:

• Monthly salary based on experience.
