Communication
Internal Communication:
Stores and Supply Chain
Production/Planning teams
Purpose:
Coordinate with Supply chain team to ensure manpower/services as required are being procured
Collect all projected manpower requirements, confirm location, quantity, and skill set requirement
External Communication:
Not required
Purpose:
Not required

Occupational Health & Safety and Environment
Accountability:
Are accountable for their acts and omissions.
Responsibility:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.
Authority:
To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

• Review project requirements for manpower, and ensure sufficient supply is available
• Work with Production/Planning team to take projected manpower requirement and ensure numbers are updated regularly
• Work with various subcontracting companies to request manpower/services as required
• Assist in creating PO requests as necessary
• Ensure invoicing is accurate and submitted on time
• Work with production team to ensure timecards for subcontractors are submitted accurately and on time
• Assist in subcontractor/manpower supply company contracting process, and assist vetting quality and timeliness of supply from companies
• Perform job related duties as assigned
