We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service & Logistics Executive to serve as a pivotal link between our customers, service engineers, and the supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end post-sales process, from quotation and order fulfillment to logistics coordination and customer feedback. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

The Job description is as follows:

  • Daily Customer Call/ email registration and follow up.
  • Filing customer records, including contact information.
  • Quotations follow-up with customer.
  • Expired Quotation follow up (toner & spare parts).
  • Assist service engineers for the quote and spare availability.
  • Follow up of pending service quote with customers.
  • Service payment follow up with customer.
  • Inbound/outbound tracker updation.
  • Spare parts/ Toner preparation.
  • Daily VC collection Report.
  • Daily Toner Sales Report.
  • Logistics plan report.
  • Daily Quotation report.
  • Machine Delivery Customer feedback.

  • Microsoft Tools(Excel, Word etc).
  • Zoho CRM
