Experience Designer

(Concept & Journey Design)

Job Location – Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for an Experience Designer who thinks in ideas, narratives, and sequences. You will develop the core concept of each project and translate it into a coherent experience across the entire journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and narratives
• Design the full guest journey
• Translate concepts into detailed experience plans
• Define how the concept appears across all touchpoints
• Work across spatial, visual, and content layers
• Collaborate with 2D and 3D designers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability
• Ability to design experiences, not just visuals
• Clear communication and presentation skills
• Interest in events, exhibitions, or immersive environments
• Holistic thinking across mediums
• Strong research and reference‑gathering skills
• Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)
• High responsibility and respect for deadlines
• Curiosity and willingness to learn

Bonus

• Background in architecture or scenography
• Writing and narrative development skills
• Event or exhibition design experience
• Familiarity with AI tools
