Compensation: up to Rs150,000/- per vessel, free accommodation, meals & transport in Gwadar.

HRCONSOL is urgently hiring for our prestigious client at China Overseas. We are looking for a highly experienced Marine Pilot with strong operational expertise and the ability to operate Tug boats.

If you have extensive maritime navigation experience and a passion for ensuring safe vessel movement, this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Pilot License issued by Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA)
• Significant experience as a Marine Pilot
• Strong navigation skills with in-depth knowledge of maritime charts & navigation aids
• Thorough understanding of port regulations & operational procedures
• Excellent communication skills including radiotelephony
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities
• Ability to operate Tug boats

Key Responsibilities:

• Pilotage: Provide professional navigation and guidance to vessels entering and exiting Gwadar Port
• Harbour Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of waterways, currents, depths, and navigational features
• Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate navigational hazards to ensure vessel safety
• Coordination: Communicate effectively with vessel captains, marine service teams & port authorities
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to port regulations and safety protocols
• Operational Collaboration: Work closely with marine services and port operations teams to ensure safe and efficient berthing

Working Conditions:

• On-call availability as per port operational requirements
• Familiarity with anchorages and shipping lanes within Gwadar Port waters
