Experienced AutoMotive Service Advisor

We are hiring a skilled and customer-focused Service Adviser to join our well-established workshop.
The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service within the automotive industry, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, understand their service needs, and provide accurate estimates.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle services and repairs with the workshop team.
  • Communicate repair status, costs, and completion times to customers.
  • Prepare job cards and ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
  • Maintain accurate service records and follow up with customers after service.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Service Adviser or in a similar automotive customer service role.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy for invoicing and record-keeping.
  • Punctual, honest, and customer-oriented.
