Experienced Barista and Cashier

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with menu selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize POS systems effectively, including Aloha POS, for order processing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and retail math calculations.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to learn about coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation techniques.
