Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations in QuickBooks.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven bookkeeping experience (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Experience with payroll processing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
