Experienced child care teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Child Care Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment that promotes the holistic development of young children. Your expertise will help foster curiosity, social skills, and foundational knowledge through innovative lesson planning and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education.
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management.
• Plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to the developmental stages.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of child welfare and safety.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's development, milestones, and any behavioral or educational concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
• Prior experience with toddler care, preschool activities, and classroom experience across diverse age groups is preferred.
• Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
