WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Offer high level of professionalism and problem solving during installation projects
• Offer high quality installations with a retrofit focus
• Have a "get it done" attitude
• Be a team player with an ability to mentor junior installers
• Have the desire to learn and grow in these skill sets

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

• Carpentry
• Framing
• High-end window installation
• High-end door installation
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Ability to comply with Lead Safe Work Practices and OSHA standards is required
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds, climb and work from ladders and scaffolding and perform physically demanding tasks associated with construction projects
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record

• Carpentry: 5 years construction and door installation experience a must.
