Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash lifting, body waxing, and treatments with precision and care
• Administer advanced procedures such as esthetic laser treatments, and micro-channeling, micro-needling, etc.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and recommend retail products to support their beauty goals
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client needs and delivering personalized treatment plans
• Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs
• Skills
• Proven experience in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
• Expertise in basic and advanced facials, body waxing, eyelash lifts, and body treatments
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards at all times
• Ability to educate clients on skincare products through engaging consultations
• Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interactions
• Retail sales proficiency with a focus on product recommendations that align with client goals.

Pay: $15.00 - $45.00 per hour
