Experienced Expo (Expeditor) - Ladybug Hospitality

Ladybug Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Expo (Expeditor) to serve as the communication bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. The Expo ensures food is presented beautifully, accurately, and delivered promptly - upholding the standards of excellence and hospitality across all of our concepts.

This role is essentiall in maintaining smooth service, quality control, and a positive team environment during high-volume shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize food tickets during service
  • Ensure all dishes are plated correctly, garnished properly, and meet quality standards
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with chefs, line cooks, and servers
  • Confirm medications allergies, and special requests are executed correctly.
  • Maintain timing so tables receive courses in proper sequence
  • Keep the Expo line clean, stocked, and organized
  • Asisst with food running when necessary
  • Support a fast-paced, team-driven service environment

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred (expo, food runner or serving experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibile availablility (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
